how to join as one of our staff.

1. Despatch will announce the open recruitment date in your timeline
2. Registrations will be accepted during the open recruitment session
3. Please read and understand the rules before joining us
4. Ensure your faceclaim (OC) / character (CANON) is still available. You can check the visualization list or ask the admin
5. Ensure the biodata is ready, then mention Despatch with the following format:"I, (character name) want to join as (desirable position) in Despatch News." (Attach type of RP (OC or Canon), FC / Character Name - Their Fandom - Pen Name - Bio Link - And photo of your FC / Character)"Example:
"I, Kousuke Miyajima want to join as Editor in Despatch News." (OC - Karlyle Frost from Define Relationship - Koumiya - bio link - Photo FC or Character)6. There will be a Practical Exam according to the position that you desire, so prepare yourself for the test.
7. If you pass the test, Despatch will announce it and call you to join the team
8. After the announcement, you’re obliged to make a solo plot with that theme (minimum 3 tweets)

what will be tested in the practical exam.

1. You will do a practice exam where you will be formed into a team consisting of 1 Reporter, 1 Editor and 1 Presenter (Ideal Team Composition)
2. Despatch will make a GDM for each team
3. The purpose of the GDM is to discuss and communicate about the news that you want to convey as material for the Practical Exam
4. There will be 5 themes for the news theme topic which will be randomly selected based on the number. Each number can only be chosen by 2 teams (maximum)
5. Your team has 5 days maximum to work on your news until it’s posted in your timeline
6. Your posted news must be submitted to the base’s submission thread

after the tribulation, comes the appreciation.

the staffs' rewards.

WAGE.

1. Staff will get USD 10.000 worth wage per submitted news for the News Bank and will receive additional money worth of USD 10,000 per published news from the News Bank
2. For each number of retweets, replies, quote tweets and likes within your published news, an additional reward worth of USD 100 will be given
3. We will only count the retweets, replies, quote tweets, and like from the month when the news is published

POINTS.

1. Activity points will be given in the form of Pen Points (✒️)
2. The ways to receive Pen Points are as of below:

Your news being published
Becoming a game moderator
Participate in games
In-game bonuses
Becoming an Event Committee
Participate in events (Inside or outside of Despatch)

3. The ways to use Pen Points are as of below:

Change the photo on the ID Card → 10✒️
Change the username → 10 ✒️
Temporary swap (Max 2 weeks) → 15 ✒️
Change characters (Swap) → 20✒️
Replacing an expired ID Card (quarterly / per 3 months) → 100 ✒️

Despatch will hold several games for the staffs’ bonding, whether it’s between the staffs or with the public audience as well

Mini Events or Big Events will be notified if Despatch has finalized the event concept. Make sure to come and enliven the event!
